Individual Tuition
One To One
Yoga was traditionally taught one to one with practices tailored to individual needs.
If you are looking to deepen your practice or work on specific issues, you may want to take this option.
These sessions may include Ayurvedic advice if you are open to it.
Our Approach
We practice Ashtanga Yoga derived from the work of T. Krishnamacharya and his main students. This includes vinyasya sequences he taught K. Pattabhi Jois as well as vinyasa sequences that we construct based on the principles of sequence design he taught his son TKV Desikachar.
Our teaching approach is also strongly influenced by the universal principles of alignment of Anusara Yoga, pioneered by John Friend.
