Son of Drum

Son of Drum are a musical instrument shop based in Mullumbimby, northern New South Wales. We offer a unique and diverse range of musical instruments sourced from both local and overseas suppliers whom we maintain close relationships with to ensure consistent quality is met with all of our goods. We also hold a regular drumming class each week focusing on the djembe and West African rhythms and instrumentation. Beginners are welcome.

As well as our retail operation at our Mullumbimby shop and at the markets around Brisbane and northern NSW, in many cases we import direct from the manufacturer. Wholesale rates are available to retail customers operating their own retail, online and market stalls.

Our latest development is our school catalogue in which we provide generous discounts for bulk orders from schools and community-based non-for-profit organisations. Please contact us for further details.
