When particular points are stimulated by touch balance is restored to the energy of the body. During your Holistic Kinesiology session, the appropriate points will be stimulated using touch, sound, light, crystal energy or Flower / Gem essences
Muscle Monitoring
‘Touch for Health’ is the basis of this muscle testing technique, think of it this way! The muscle being tested (usually your arm) as the mouse, your body, the computer. By testing the strength of different muscles to locate stress in the body we are able to bypass the conscious analytical mind and communicate with the sub-conscious mind, making it possible to get to the root cause of the issue.
Sound & Colour
Using ‘Tuning Forks’ (sound) and Colour Therapy both working on a vibrational level, they will filter down through the chakras and glands into the physical body, affecting the Nervous System, the organs, muscles, etc.
Flower, Environmental & Gem (Crystal) Essences
Extremely safe and gentle, a form of ‘Vibrational Healing’ working on an emotional level, harmonizing negative feelings and belief patterns held in the subconscious mind. Essences are a gentle way to ease these negative aspects restoring positive attributes.
